FAQ
The swimming pool and pool deck area is not ‘private’ since one other rental next door may use it on occasion. You’ll have a grill and patio set for your private use.
Our home is nestled within a residential neighborhood. so we kindly ask that outdoor noise be kept to a considerate level. After 10pm all outside areas are closed (pool, patio, etc).
Enjoy complimentary use of two dedicated spots in our private off-street parking area.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM. If you need a little flexibility, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when availability allows!
There are no alligators in our river. Iguanas and other tropical creatures frequent the outside areas and are harmless.
You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking or up to 14 days before check-in. For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded at least 50% of your payment.
